Description
UB's voicemail service is available to faculty and staff. We offer 3 different options regardless of what type of phone (Analog/ISDN/VoIP) you use:
- Call Answering - Functions as personal mailbox
- Information - Delivers outgoing messages to many people
- Call Processing - Functions as auto-attendant or interactive directory

Requirements
Customers must possess a valid UB phone number and voicemail password. Mailbox parameters can be changed at the request of a mailbox owner on behalf of himself/herself or by proxy from either the department IT Node Director or a trusted, department contact that we have an established relationship with.
