Telephone Service
Description
Dial tone service is available to students and included in their room rate. Students must supply their own phones. Faculty and staff can currently choose from Verizon Centrex service or VoIP service. Select phone models and feature sets are available with either option. Ongoing VoIP telephone service includes dial tone, usage, voice mail and maintenance. Feature changes, moves, additions and deletions are offered per request.

Requirements
Requirements vary by phone type. Key systems, ISDN and VoIP phones require power. All VoIP phones must be connected to network switches.
